By accessing or using Humanize AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and premium subscribers.

You agree to use PassedAI only for lawful purposes. Acceptable uses include: • Improving your own writing for better readability • Checking your content for AI detection before submission • Paraphrasing content you have rights to use • Educational and learning purposes • Creating original content for legitimate purposes

You may NOT use Humanize AI to: • Commit academic fraud or plagiarism • Deceive others about the authorship of content • Generate or distribute harmful, illegal, or unethical content • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Infringe on intellectual property rights • Circumvent any security measures • Resell or redistribute our service without authorization We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

When you create an account, you must: • Provide accurate and complete information • Maintain the security of your account credentials • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access • Not share your account with others (unless on a team plan) You are responsible for all activities under your account.

For paid subscriptions: • Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated • Monthly subscriptions renew automatically • You can cancel anytime; service continues until period end • Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase • Lifetime plans are non-refundable after 30 days • We may change prices with 30 days notice

• You retain ownership of content you create or input • We do not claim ownership of your processed text • The Humanize AI service, brand, and technology are our property • You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our service • User-generated content may be used to improve our AI (anonymized)

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. • We do not guarantee 100% bypass of any AI detector • AI detection technology is constantly evolving • Results may vary based on content and detector updates • We are not responsible for how you use the output • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months • We are not responsible for third-party actions or content • Some jurisdictions may not allow these limitations
